Executive Assistant to Chairman/New York
We urgently require an exceptional Executive Assistant to support a Chairman of this highly successful company based in New York. Our client is looking for candidates who have previously worked for a corporate organisation, who have supported high-level key Executives and who can efficiently manage/co-ordinate a variety of supporting duties at corporate level. The scope of the role will be the daily management of the Executive’s calendar, meetings, appointments, travelling across different time zones etc., as well as, writing itineraries, arranging transportation, taking minutes at meetings, preparing PowerPoint presentations and managing expenses.
Only New York based candidates will be considered for this role (applicants wishing to relocate will not be considered).
Salary package will be up to $110,000 inclusive of generous benefits depending on experience.

Post Production Accounts Assistant
We have a lovely opportunity for a Post Production Accounts Assistant with basic bookkeeping skills to work for a growing and successful niche company in the West End. This is a very interesting role for someone who is methodical, has great attention to detail, but someone that has a cheerful and highly motivated attitude. Not only will you be dealing with the accounts payable, estimating costs for various projects, signing off approvals and carrying out the payroll on a weekly basis. You will be carrying out research, liaising with clients on different projects, scanning and having responsibility for the credit control.
You will be a true ambassador for the London office, so we are looking for individuals who are highly driven and focussed but, you will be confident and friendly with an approachable personality, not to mention impeccable personal presentation.
This is a super role for someone who thrives on variety and is looking for a new challenge.

EA to CEO, FD and Admin Support to Group Internal Communications Specialist
We are seeking an experienced, highly competent Board level EA with a strong Plc background to join an incredibly successful company based in the heart of the West End. You will be supporting a demanding and incredibly busy CEO and FD. You will also assist the Group Internal Communications Specialist with their admin and have line management of the OM and Receptionist.
The role is extremely varied and high paced and therefore would suit a professional with major attention to detail who works well under pressure, is able to multi-task and possess a calm and unflappable disposition. Managing incredibly busy diaries; booking travel; expenses; arranging board and management meetings/papers; emails and numerous other tasks, it will therefore be critical that the successful candidate is ‘one step ahead at all times’. You will develop close relationships with group wide management, comms teams, IT, HR and management therefore a calm, unflappable manner and ‘muck in’ attitude with the rest of the team is essential.
